Wastewater Treatment

Wastewater treatment is the process of purifying Wastewater to meet the water quality requirements for discharge into a certain body of water or reuse.
Wastewater treatment is widely used in various fields such as domestic Wastewater, aquaculture, food processing, energy, petrochemicals, environmental protection, urban landscape, medical catering, etc. The wastewater treated by this equipment can meet the national comprehensive Wastewater discharge level B standard.

The general process of Wastewater treatment is as follows: Wastewater/wastewater flows through a grid, screen, flocculation sedimentation tank, pre aeration regulation tank, first stage floating packing biochemical tank, second stage floating packing biochemical tank, inclined plate sedimentation tank, and coagulation sedimentation tank. Finally, the water discharged from the inclined plate sedimentation tank flows into the clean water tank and is discharged after testing.
1. The wastewater first flows through the grid and screen to the flocculation sedimentation tank. In order to improve the treatment effect, coagulants are added to the flocculation sedimentation tank to improve the treatment of suspended solids in the wastewater. The addition of coagulants also plays a role in regulating the wastewater. The wastewater after flocculation sedimentation flows into the pre aeration regulation tank.
2. Air is introduced into the aeration regulating tank to achieve pre aeration regulation. Adjust the uniform wastewater and pump it up to the first stage floating packing biochemical tank.
3. The installation of highly efficient aeration heads and the installation of floating packing materials in the biochemical tank has been proven to have high removal efficiency for COD and BOD. The wastewater in the first stage floating packing biochemical tank flows into the second stage floating packing biochemical tank by itself, and the same method is used in the second tank.
4. The water from the secondary floating packing biochemical tank flows automatically into the inclined plate sedimentation tank, and polypropylene honeycomb inclined pipes are added to the tank, which can greatly improve the sedimentation efficiency. In addition, the hydraulic load is high, the residence time is short, and the footprint is small.
5. The sludge from the coagulation sedimentation tank and inclined plate sedimentation tank is discharged into the sludge concentration tank, and then dehydrated by the sludge dewatering machinery.
6. The water discharged from the inclined plate sedimentation tank flows into the clean water tank and is discharged after testing.
