II. Working Principle of Multi-Stage Filtration + Softening Integrated Equipment
The equipment employs a graded, progressive water purification logic, first filtering and purifying, then softening and descaling. Raw water first enters the multi-stage filtration unit, passing sequentially through quartz sand, manganese sand, and a precision filter layer, intercepting sediment, suspended solids, rust, and colloidal impurities in the water layer by layer. Simultaneously, it oxidizes and adsorbs excessive iron and manganese ions in the water, solving the problems of yellowing and turbidity. The pre-treated clean water then enters the softening core unit, where cation exchange resin adsorbs calcium and magnesium ions in the water, replacing them with sodium ions, reducing water hardness at the source and preventing scale formation. Once the resin is saturated, the system automatically starts the salt absorption and regeneration process to restore adsorption capacity, continuously circulating and purifying the water.
