Precision Filter Introduction
A precision filter is a deep filtration device equipped with high-precision filter elements. It is mainly composed of tank body, precision filter cartridges, inlet and outlet pipelines, drain valves and control system. The filter cartridge pore size is optional from 0.1-10μm as required. It is specially designed to remove fine suspended particles, colloids, microorganisms and other tiny impurities in water. With compact structure and high filtration accuracy, it requires no complicated civil construction and fits well for deep water filtration and pre-protection scenarios. It serves as the core pre-protection device for subsequent precision equipment such as reverse osmosis and water softening systems, balancing high filtration precision and stable operation performance.
Working Principle of Precision Filter
It adopts deep interception and screening filtration technology based on the porous structure of precision filter cartridges. Under pressure, raw water flows through the filter cartridge. Relying on its porous structure, the cartridge screens and intercepts fine impurities layer by layer. Tiny particles and colloids larger than the cartridge pore size are firmly trapped on the surface and inside of the cartridge, while water molecules and small molecular substances pass through smoothly, realizing efficient separation of fine impurities from water. When impurities accumulate excessively and the inlet-outlet pressure difference reaches the set value, shut down the equipment to replace or clean the filter cartridge, restore filtration capacity and ensure stable filtering effect.

The process flow is concise and efficient in five steps: 1. Water inlet pressurization: Pretreated raw water enters the filter tank under pressure; 2. Precision filtration: Raw water flows through precision filter cartridges with fine impurities intercepted to produce purified water; 3. Water output delivery: Clean water is transported to subsequent treatment units or water terminals via outlet pipelines; 4. Filter cartridge maintenance: Shut down to disassemble, replace or clean the cartridge when pressure difference exceeds standard; 5. Cyclic operation: Restart the equipment after maintenance to resume precision filtration and achieve continuous and stable water supply.
