Equipment Introduction
The DIEN 3-ton reverse osmosis system is a standardized pure water production device launched by Xi'an DIEN Water Treatment. It produces 3 tons of water per hour and supports customized single-stage and double-stage processes. The main body of the equipment uses a 304 stainless steel frame, equipped with high-quality reverse osmosis membranes, high-pressure pumps, and a fully automatic electrical control system, integrating pretreatment, main unit, and control system into one unit. The entire unit has a compact structure, small footprint, and supports on-site installation and commissioning. It is suitable for various raw water sources such as well water, tap water, and surface water. Working Principle
The equipment relies on reverse osmosis membrane separation technology. Under high pressure, raw water passes through the reverse osmosis membrane layer. Salt, colloids, suspended solids, bacteria, heavy metals, and other impurities in the water are retained, thus separating clean pure water. The entire process sequentially involves raw water pressurization, multi-media filtration, activated carbon filtration, and security filtration, finally entering the reverse osmosis main unit for desalination and purification. The system is equipped with an automatic flushing program to periodically flush out contaminants on the membrane surface, delaying membrane element clogging.
