Raw Water Issue:The factory's production wastewater is soft acidic and weakly alkaline, with significant quality fluctuations. It contains residual impurities, trace pollutants, and suspended particulate matter. Direct reuse would result in an imbalanced pH level that would negatively impact product cleaning effectiveness and could easily cause minor pipe corrosion and scale buildup, failing to meet production water standards.
Solution Process:Based on the project's daily treatment capacity of 30 tons, the characteristics of weakly acidic and alkaline water, and the need for reuse, the Dean Water Treatment Technology Team conducted an on-site survey and tailored a combined treatment process of a 6T/H air flotation unit, a pH adjustment tank, and a 3T/H reverse osmosis unit. This process involves graded purification and precise control of water quality to ensure that the effluent meets standards for reuse.
Processing Effect:The entire wastewater reuse system at the Hubei factory has been installed, debugged, and is now in regular operation. The equipment operates stably, producing excellent effluent quality. The treated water is clean and clear, with a balanced pH and free of impurities, perfectly suited to the workshop's production and cleaning water needs.
I. Project Overview
This project is a wastewater reuse renovation project for a local factory in Hubei Province. The company generates a large amount of cleaning wastewater during its daily production operations. To respond to industrial water conservation and environmental protection requirements, reduce the company's tap water procurement costs, and achieve water resource recycling, the company partnered with Xi'an DIEN Water Treatment to customize a dedicated wastewater treatment and reuse solution. The project treats approximately 30 tons of wastewater per day, and all treated clean water is reused in the workshop's production cleaning processes, truly achieving a closed-loop recycling and compliant reuse of production wastewater, contributing to the company's green and low-carbon production.

II. Project Background and Water Quality Issues
The factory's original wastewater treatment method was relatively crude. Cleaning wastewater generated during production was directly discharged without deep treatment, causing serious waste of water resources and increasing the company's sewage discharge costs and environmental pressure. On-site water quality testing revealed that the factory's production wastewater was soft acidic and weakly alkaline, with significant quality fluctuations. The water contained residual impurities, trace pollutants, and suspended particulate matter. Direct reuse would result in an imbalanced acid-base level that would affect product cleaning effectiveness and easily cause minor corrosion and scale buildup in pipes, failing to meet production water standards. The company's core need is to stabilize and regulate the pH balance of wastewater through complete water treatment equipment, deeply purify wastewater, and achieve 24/7 compliant reuse.
III. Customized Wastewater Reuse Solution
Based on the project's treatment capacity of 30 tons/day, the characteristics of the slightly acidic and alkaline water, and the reuse requirements, the DIEN Water Treatment Technology team conducted an on-site survey and tailored a combined treatment process of a 6T/H air flotation unit + pH adjustment tank + 3T/H reverse osmosis equipment. This process provides staged purification and precise water quality control, ensuring stable effluent compliance for reuse.
First, the wastewater undergoes pretreatment using an air flotation unit to quickly separate suspended impurities, fine particulate matter, and light pollutants, initially purifying the water and reducing the pressure on subsequent processing steps. Then, the wastewater enters a pH adjustment tank where chemicals are precisely added to adjust the water's acidity and alkalinity, neutralizing any deviations in slightly acidic or weakly alkaline water quality and bringing the water towards a stable neutral state, avoiding the impact of acidic or alkaline water on equipment and production. Finally, the pretreated water enters a reverse osmosis unit for deep filtration, completely removing trace impurities, pollutants, salts, and colloidal substances, completing deep purification of the water. The final effluent fully meets the standards for reuse in workshop production cleaning. The entire system operates automatically, adapting to the factory's continuous production needs, with convenient operation and maintenance and stable treatment results.

IV. Customer Feedback and Project Effectiveness
Currently, the entire wastewater reuse system for the Hubei factory has been installed and commissioned, and is officially in regular operation. The equipment operates stably, producing excellent effluent quality; the treated water is clean and clear, with a balanced pH and free of impurities, perfectly meeting the workshop's production cleaning water requirements.
V. Customer Feedback
