1. Project overview
This project is located in a township in Bailuyuan, Xi'an, and belongs to the township people's livelihood and environmental protection transformation project.A large number of permanent residents are gathered in the local area, and a large amount of domestic sewage is generated on a daily basis. In the past, there was a lack of unified collection and treatment channels for sewage. Random discharge not only pollutes the surrounding water and soil environment, but also wastes recyclable water resources.Combined with the government's rural environmental protection remediation plan, the township launched a centralized domestic sewage treatment project to uniformly collect domestic sewage from residents in the jurisdiction for professional treatment.The average daily sewage treatment capacity of the project is 150 tons. The treated sewage is mainly used for farmland irrigation. The water quality of the effluent is required to fully comply with farmland irrigation and sewage discharge standards.DIEN Water Treatment undertakes a full set of equipment customization, on-site installation and commissioning services for this project.
2. Raw water quality issues and project background
The raw water of the project is the daily domestic sewage produced by township residents, and the water contains a lot of organic matter, suspended solids, nitrogen, phosphorus and other pollutants.The water quality of untreated primary sewage is turbid, the pollutant index exceeds the standard, and it completely fails to meet the standards for sewage discharge and farmland irrigation.
If the sewage is discharged directly, it will pollute the surrounding soil and rivers, and destroy the rural ecological environment; it cannot be recycled and reused, and it will also cause a waste of water resources.Combining the water needs of local rural greening and farmland planting, the government plans to purify and treat domestic sewage through professional sewage treatment equipment, so that the wastewater can be used for farmland irrigation twice after reaching the standard, and realize the utilization of sewage resources, taking into account environmental protection standards and water-saving efficiency.
3. Customized solutions
According to the daily treatment volume of 150T/D of the project, the characteristics of raw water quality and the compliance requirements of irrigation water, we customized 150 tons/day buried integrated treatment equipment for the project.
The equipment adopts mature domestic sewage treatment technology to degrade organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, phosphides and other pollutants in domestic sewage in a targeted manner, effectively precipitate and filter impurities in the water, and purify the water quality of sewage in all directions.The equipment is a buried installation structure, which can be directly buried in the ground, does not occupy the ground space of the township, does not affect the overall environmental style of the village, and is suitable for the transformation scene of the township.
At the same time, the equipment has a high degree of automation, stable operation, low noise, simple operation and maintenance, and does not require special personnel to be on duty at high frequencies. It is very suitable for the needs of lightweight operation and maintenance of township sewage treatment projects, low long-term operating costs, and suitable for township normalized sewage treatment work.
4. Project processing effect
The complete set of 150T/D buried domestic sewage integrated equipment has completed all installation and commissioning work, and has been successfully put into normal operation.After many on-site sampling and testing, all indicators of the water quality of the effluent treated by the equipment have reached the standard, completely solving the problem of raw water pollutants exceeding the standard and unable to be discharged for irrigation, fully meeting the local sewage discharge standards and farmland irrigation water standards, and realizing the harmless and resource-based utilization of domestic sewage.
