Ⅱ. Raw Water Quality Problems
The factory in Ulanqab generates a large amount of daily domestic Wastewater, including wastewater from staff dormitories, canteens, restrooms and washing activities. Direct discharge of untreated Wastewater brings the following problems:
Untreated Wastewater exceeds the standard in suspended solids, organic matter, ammonia nitrogen and other indicators;
The raw water fails to meet the national reuse standard and cannot be recycled, resulting in waste of water resources;
To achieve energy saving, consumption reduction and green production, the factory requires domestic Wastewater to be treated for reuse;
Wastewater must undergo biochemical treatment to reach stable, safe and clean reuse water quality for factory greening, road flushing, toilet flushing and ground cleaning.
