II. Working Principle of Security Filters
Security filters utilize a physical pressure filtration principle. Raw water enters the tank under pressure and flows from the outside in through high-precision melt-blown filter elements and pleated filter elements. Particulate impurities in the water are trapped by the micropores of the filter element, while clean water passes through the filter element, collects, and flows out. Impurities and particulate matter are all intercepted and adsorbed on the surface and inside the pores of the filter element, achieving solid-liquid separation. When impurities accumulate in the filter element and the pressure difference increases, the filtration effect can be quickly restored by replacing the filter element. The entire process is purely physical filtration, requiring no added chemicals and not altering the chemical composition of the water, ensuring safe and stable filtration.
