Well water has a unique quality, containing sediment, rust, and various suspended impurities. Over time, these impurities accumulate on the surface of the quartz sand, activated carbon filter layer, and precision filter cartridge. As the impurities accumulate, the space for water flow narrows, increasing resistance and naturally reducing internal water pressure, thus decreasing the water flow rate. Equipment that is not regularly backwashed will experience faster and more severe clogging.

Besides internal clogging, problems at the inlet are also common. Bent or flattened pipes, or sediment buildup on the inner walls and blocked joints can all obstruct normal water flow. During routine troubleshooting, first straighten the pipes and clean out any debris. Replace severely worn water pumps promptly to ensure a stable and sufficient water supply.
Improper operation is also a common pitfall for beginners. When the equipment is running, if the inlet and outlet valves are not fully open, or if the drain valve and flushing valve are not tightly closed and are in a slightly open state, the water pressure inside the equipment will continuously leak out, preventing pressure from accumulating, resulting in a thin and slow water flow. This is easy to troubleshoot: check all valves, fully open all operating valves, and close all unnecessary drain and flushing connections. The water pressure should quickly return to normal.
In fact, most malfunctions of well water filtration equipment are caused by inadequate maintenance. Developing a habit of regular backflushing, regularly replacing consumables, and checking pipelines and pumps can effectively prevent problems such as insufficient pressure and weak water flow, allowing the equipment to stably purify well water for long-term use, suitable for various water usage scenarios such as domestic, aquaculture, and industrial applications.
