Solution Process:Based on the characteristics of the raw water quality and the customer's production needs, we tailored a suitable solution, employing a combination of a quartz sand filter and a two-stage water softening system. The entire system is constructed entirely of stainless steel, making it corrosion-resistant, anti-aging, and long-lasting, suitable for high-intensity industrial operation scenarios.

I. Project Overview
This project is a water treatment engineering project to upgrade the painting line for new energy vehicles, serving the production upgrade needs of the automaker's factory. The raw water for the project is the factory's regular tap water. The core purpose of the upgrade is to solve the problems of impurities and scale in the air conditioning cooling water system, ensuring the stable and high-precision operation of the painting production line. Addressing the pain points of industrial cooling water circulation, we customized a complete set of dedicated water purification and descaling equipment, providing integrated services from equipment customization, on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance. Currently, the entire water treatment equipment has been accepted and is operating stably, helping the client's production line return to normal operation.

II. Raw Water Quality Issues and Project Background

Tap water contains suspended impurities, silt particles, and a large amount of calcium and magnesium minerals, while the painting process for new energy vehicles has extremely high requirements for workshop temperature and equipment operating conditions. After long-term circulation, impurities in the air conditioning cooling water accumulate and clog pipes. Calcium and magnesium ions continuously precipitate and adhere to the inner walls of equipment and pipes, forming thick, stubborn scale. This not only reduces the cooling efficiency of the air conditioning system and increases equipment energy consumption, but also leads to temperature control imbalances in the workshop, directly affecting the precision of automotive painting processes, easily causing paint defects, and restricting overall production efficiency and product quality.
III. Customer Needs and Treatment Objectives
Based on the on-site production conditions, the customer identified two key needs: addressing the two major challenges of impurity accumulation in the air conditioning cooling water and scale buildup in pipes and equipment. Furthermore, given the continuous production characteristics of the painting line, the customer required highly automated and stable water treatment equipment capable of operating continuously around the clock, reducing manual maintenance costs. The project's objectives are clear: to thoroughly filter all suspended impurities in the water, inhibit scale formation at its source, optimize cooling water quality, stabilize the workshop's temperature control environment, protect painting equipment, prevent production failures and product quality issues caused by water quality problems, and fully meet the industrial water standards for new energy vehicle painting production lines.

IV. Customized Water Treatment Solution
Based on the characteristics of the raw water quality and the client's production needs, we tailored a suitable solution using a combination of a quartz sand filter and a two-stage water softening system. The entire system is constructed of stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and a long service life, making it suitable for high-intensity industrial operations. Equipped with an intelligent PLC control system, the system achieves fully automatic operation, automatic flushing, and intelligent pressure stabilization, requiring no dedicated personnel. The quartz sand filter intercepts sediment and suspended impurities in the water, completing the initial water purification; the two-stage water softening system replaces calcium and magnesium ions in the water, completely solving the scaling problem in the cooling water. The dual systems work together to achieve deep water purification.
V. Project Treatment Results
After the entire water treatment system was put into use, the overall operating effect far exceeded expectations. The equipment output water is stable and uniform, all test data for the effluent water quality meet standards, suspended impurities in the water are completely filtered out, and the stubborn scaling problem in the cooling water system is completely solved. The cooling pipes are unobstructed, significantly improving equipment heat dissipation efficiency. Workshop temperature control is precise and stable, completely eliminating the negative impact of water quality issues on the coating process. This effectively extends the lifespan of production equipment, reduces plant operation and maintenance costs and energy consumption, and fully meets the water requirements for new energy vehicle coating production lines.

VI. Customer Feedback
The complete water treatment system has been installed, commissioned, and is now in operation. Customer feedback indicates that the equipment operates smoothly, is intelligent and convenient, requires no frequent maintenance, and consistently meets effluent quality standards. It has completely solved the long-standing problem of impurities and scaling in the cooling water, perfectly adapting to the coating line upgrade needs. The production line has fully resumed normal production. The customer highly praised the customized water treatment solution, equipment quality, and one-stop implementation service.
